Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
- Maintain employee records and update HR systems
- Support communication between departments and HR
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for HR-related audits
- Help facilitate employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs
- Handle queries related to HR policies, leave, and payroll documentation
Requirements:
- A Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
- Proven computer literacy
- At least 2 years of experience working in a mining environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to remain composed and productive under pressure
- Must be medically fit to perform duties as per job requirements
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
