
A dynamic opportunity is available for an experienced Organization Design Specialist to join the team and contribute to strategic organizational transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and redesigning structures, developing job frameworks, and driving workforce planning initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or Psychology (master’s preferred)
- 4 to 8 years’ experience in organization design, workforce planning, or job architecture in large companies
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerBI, and HRIS (especially SAP SuccessFactors)
- Experience in project or change management
- Strong consulting, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities
- Redesign and optimize organizational structures
- Create and maintain job architectures and libraries
- Lead headcount management and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance, governance, and data accuracy
- Advise leadership on restructures and organizational changes
- Support HR capability building and change management
- Use data insights to drive ongoing improvements
- Collaborate with Compensation, Talent, and Learning & Development teams
Tools: SAP SuccessFactors, PowerBI, ADKAR, Prosci
Location: Hybrid role, with occasional on-site work at client premises. Preference given to candidates based in Johannesburg.
